Prices include 2 (3) towels, 2 (3) bath towels, bed linen, kitchen linen, water, electricity, final cleaning, tourist tax and use private swimming pool. Beds are made upon arrival. The deposit of 150,–to be paid upon arrival. This is at the end if you have left it nicely and good weather returned on Your IBAN bank account (possibly in the event of damage, after deducting losses.) Confirmation of your booking and paymentShort term (within 3 months):After booking/reservation we will send you an invoice ASAP. News/contest results a week. Your booking is confirmed upon deposit of 50% of the rental fee for the wagon. If the payment is not made within the time limit is met, will void your booking. The remainder part serves for the start of the rental to be paid into our bank account.If you book for more than three months in advance you will get a cash advance invoice 50% of the rental amount will be sent to you. This invoice is also your booking confirmation and must be paid within two weeks. If the payment is not made within that period are met, will void your booking. The remaining invoice you will receive three months before the start of the rental period.
Security deposit:For all tenants is a security deposit of € 150.0-required. This amount will be refunded to your bank account number in correct delivery of the wagon after departure. The terms and conditions you will also find in the wagon. You must deposit on our bank account at the NL73. INGB. 0.6652.51.769 to be transferred.
CancellationIf cancelled by weeks and midweek in season (see below), less than two months before the rental date, 50% of the rental amount will be charged. In case of cancellation within one month for the rental date is the full rent amount. Under the season means: 30 april-4 september plus 14 Oct. to 29 October 2017 plus 23 december 2017 -7 January 2018. If cancelled outside the season, 25 euro administration fee will be charged in case of cancellation within 1 week.
Rental period when you change When you change after the date of the first billing a change to the specified rental period, € 25.0-subject to a service charge. These costs are not charged when you write up afterwards. Changes can be made only on the basis of availability.
Changeover day: For week rental is the arrival and departure day Friday. The tenant may involve the property after 16:00. For midweek rental is the arrival day Monday and the day of departure Friday. V We discus this with always the tenant at date of booking.
The final cleaning This is obligatory and included in the rent. You should check the wagon cleaned up and ‘ broom clean ‘ on (vascular clean and tidy in the closet; furniture to their original place). At default can (a part of) the deposit will be retained.
Habitation and visit It is not allowed to spend the night in the House more people than those for which the Caravan is furnished. A child that uses the cot, is counted in the number of persons present. For this is by the new charge of the overcharge no bed linen and duvet and duvet cover included. It is only the persons involved in the booking are logged, allowed the residence-rooms and the outdoor space that goes with it. It in turn retrieved from other guests is not permitted. Of course there should be no action for nuisance on/local residents. The latter applies also for the use of radio or TV. Setting up tents in the Schooteindhoeve is not allowed, without the owner’s permission.
Opening control yard: The renter is allowed during the rental period a power-driven vehicle to park on the driveway for the farm of fam. Verberne. One can use the strollers to with luggage to and from the caravan to drive. For the rest, of course, apply the indicated far-and commandments. When there is more than 1 car allowed on the driveway should park, should be discussed in advance with the key keeper.
Pets: They are not allowed to bring pets or cattle.
Garbage: This must be sorted garbage deposited in the grey sink garbage buckets present near the caravan. Everything has to be collected separately.
Miscellaneous: There’s no dishwasher or washing machine in the caravan or in the yard.
Liability you are solely liable for damage and disturbance caused by you and your guests.
Schooteindhoeve is not responsible for:
– damage or injuries occur as a result of the accommodation on our yard, company and in the garden and
the swimming pool. or by using the on/in the areas of facilities;
– damage claims arising from pollution caused by third parties;
– information provided orally or by telephone;
– shatter or out of use of facilities or facilities.
